Contractor Partners

We engage principal contractors and specialist subcontractors across the Central Belt and beyond. Packages range from structural and groundworks through to complete interior fit-out. Our projects require meticulous programme management and a commitment to quality that matches the aspirations of our clients.

Requirements
  • CIS registered with valid UTR number
  • Public liability insurance (minimum £5m)
  • Employer's liability insurance (where applicable)
  • Demonstrable portfolio of premium residential or commercial work
  • CSCS cards for all operatives
  • Professional references available on request

Our projects are primarily across Scotland's Central Belt — Glasgow, Edinburgh, and surrounding areas — with select commissions further afield. We always confirm location and travel expectations before any engagement begins.

Payment terms are agreed on a per-contract basis and confirmed in writing before work begins. We operate stage payments for contractors and typically pay tradespeople weekly or fortnightly. Supplier terms are set via trade account agreements.
For contractors and tradespeople, yes — CIS registration is required for tax compliance. If you operate through a VAT-registered limited company, we can also work on that basis. Suppliers are engaged through standard commercial terms.
Absolutely. We welcome registrations from across the UK, particularly specialist trades and suppliers. For site-based roles, we'll discuss travel and logistics on a project-by-project basis. Remote supply partnerships work well for specialist product suppliers.
